Profitability in your business isn’t always about what you think it’s about.
Yes, your profit is important…after all, it’s the part you get to keep. Your profit is what you have in the bank, what you can spend.
Your profits don’t always come from what you think.
Profit actually comes from productivity…the two go hand in hand.
If you aren’t productive, then you aren’t profitable – it really is as simple as that!
One of the best ways to increase your productivity, and therefore, your profits, is by having a mentor or a coach.
All business owners need a coach. Sometimes coaching can seem like it’s out of range for certain business owners. Since I believe all business owners need a coach I’ve developed a tiered system so everyone can afford coaching – and get one-on-one time with me…the LGBTSA Head Coach!
Some entrepreneurs and business owners are more inclined to study on our own than they are to engage a coach or mentor. While it’s always best to do both, you might be inclined toward self-study, and if you are, you want to make sure the person you’re decide to learn from isn’t an Ivory Tower professor.
In other words, you want to make sure you are learning from somebody who not only have knowledge, but they also have know-how.
See, knowledge isn’t power…
Knowledge that gets acted on, what I refer to as know-how, that’s where the power lies…
That’s how you increase your profits, by taking action, not but just having knowledge.
Do You Own A Business or Do You Own A Job?
Isn’t Not About Motivation & Inspiration…It’s About Implementation!
As a business owner, there are times when you need something more in-depth than the basic coaching relationship and that’s where consulting comes in.
Consultations can be a one-time relationship or they can be long term.
Consultations should always improve your current condition through some sort of specialized knowledge, expertise, skill or resource that is provided by the consultant.
We start all consulting relationships at the LGBT Success Academy with either a half-day or a full-day of consulting and then we decide if further consulting is required or not from there.
